All documents are scanned at 300 and 400 dpi.  400 DPI is becoming the new standard to retain the historical detail and high integrity of original document.  We are not another blue-print company ramming documents through a machine.  We take the highest care when scanning, paying attention to detail, varying contrast and material of each document.  Not all documents are the same so they can not be scanned with the same setting.  We utilize 4-point Platinum Quality Check ensuring the client the BEST possible scan.  We GUARANTEE our scan quality.

Quality Assurance
Our approach to quality is quite simple yet different from other vendors who focus on scanning quantity regardless of the variance or quality of each drawing.  Our QA consists of a 4-point Quality Check at the time of each scan and if necessary, the drawings is re-scanned multiple times until the best quality image is achieved.

Complete Raster Editing Services
USA IMAGING, Inc. also offers complete Raster Cleanup and Image Enhancement services such as: speckle removal, cropping the image, multi-point rubbersheeting / calibration, hole removal, line smoothing and more.  Raster Cleanup and Editing provides additional clarity and will reduce overall file size for storage.
