USA IMAGING, Inc. is looking for Independent Sales Representatives in San Diego to develop new government opportunities selling our Award Winning EDM Solution. We are quickly emerging in the space of EDM industry offering a POWERFUL EDMS solution with a geospatial integration (GIS) enabling government agencies improve efficiency and productivity while eliminating software redundancy and reducing expenses and overhead. We are dedicated to training, supporting, and motivating our Sales Representatives. We arm all of our Sales Reps. with the skills and techniques needed to dominate the competition. We also incentivize our Sales Reps. with an extremely generous commission structure which includes bonuses for additional services sold when applicable.

Although success does not hinge on a precise background, our best independent/outside sales representatives typically have a strong sales, markeing and business acumen. JOB DESCRIPTION

An Independent Regional Sales Representative will represent and sell our EDMS software solution "ENTERPRISE DATA WINDOW", focusing mainly on government sector. (Souther California Sales Reps. will also be able to sell our document scanning services covering Southern California, mainly San Diego County, Orange County and Los Angeles but not limited to).

Primary Responsibilities

Following up on leads
Cold calling and developing NEW leads
Visiting prospects
Software presentation/demonstration via GoToMeeting
Develop additional sales channels

Candidate Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of sales experience
Must have a solid sales track record
Must have high ethical standard
Self-motivated
Team player
Understanding of document management systems & workflow
Understanding of GIS
Must be a strategic thinker and quick learner
Travel required up to 50%

Bonus Skills

Experience in ORACLE database
MS SQL Server

Sales Requirements

Must meet the minimum monthly sales of 1 software sales per month.

Typical sales forecast after 60 days: 2 software sales per month.

Sales Compensation

Unlimited income potential. We provide generous commissions: $3-7K per sale plus additional bonus for product training and annual maintenance agreement if applicable.

Example of commission for Enterise Data Window:

$3,000 (Software Commission)
$175 (maintenance agreement/tech support)
$100 (training & installation)

Total: $3,275.00 (x 2 per/m = $6,550)
