1. TRANSPORT
We'll pick up your large/engineering drawing and securely transport to our production facility.
2. PACKING
On-site preperation and packing. We will provide boxes for packing and transport. Each box is labeled & barcoded ensuring proper organization.

3. SCANNING
Drawings are prepped and scanned with 100% Quality Assurance. Each drawing is monitored for best scan either requiring B/W, grayscale or color scanning.
4. FILE SECURITY
Our priority is file security. We take every effort to protect your data, adhering to HIPAA standards.
5. ONLINE DOCUMENT STORAGE
After scanning, electronic files (TIF or PDF) are uploaded to a secure FTP site for anytime access by customer during and after project completion. We also provide USB flash drive on smaller projects or Portable Hard Drive. (Encryption upon request.)
6. DOCUMENT SHREDDING
Our environmentally friendly shredding service works for your business ensuring proper and permanent destruction of your paper records.
