Streamlining Personnel Records Senior Living

March 08, 20251 min read

We recently had the opportunity to assist Kisco Senior Living, a family-owned organization operating 22 senior living communities across six states, with the digitization of their personnel records.

Kisco Senior Living partnered with USA Imaging to convert years of paper employee records into organized, searchable digital files — improving accessibility, streamlining record management, and enhancing data security across their organization.

The Challenge

Kisco Senior Living maintained a large volume of personnel records in paper format, making document retrieval and long-term management time-consuming and inefficient. The organization also wanted to reduce physical storage requirements while ensuring strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information.

Our Solution

USA Imaging provided a complete records digitization workflow, including secure file handling, high-quality document scanning, and confidential document destruction.

Using professional production scanning equipment, we converted the personnel files into fully searchable PDF records, allowing for fast and efficient digital access. Once the digital records were verified, the original paper files were securely destroyed in accordance with standard confidential destruction procedures.

The Results

  • Faster access to employee records

  • Improved organization and workflow efficiency

  • Enhanced protection of sensitive personnel information

  • Reduced physical storage requirements

  • More functional office space and streamlined HR operations

Kisco Senior Living was extremely pleased with the outcome, gaining a more secure, organized, and efficient system for managing personnel records across their communities.

If your organization is considering document scanning and digital conversion services, USA Imaging can help simplify records management while improving accessibility, organization, and long-term efficiency.
